Just to clarify neel when they say cannibalism they mean the ghoul eating another ghoul, especially their kagune... too much of it causes mutations like you saw with kaneki

11:30 to be honest, if someone is known to use a fuckin' eye patch I'm assuming he doesn't have one of the eyes, talking about ghouls he could heal, but if he's using it maybe he could have a real big story about how he lost it! I wouldn't think he just cover for style(cause he fights and without an eye you're in disadvantage) nor think he's a one eyed ghoul cause it's a legend and I don't think humans heard about it

Half kakuja just means an incomplete kakuja, where a ghoul hasn't committed enough cannibalism

Neel he’s half ghoul half human sooo he can’t be a full kakuja because in order to be a kakuja you have to be a ghoul and kaneki is half a ghoul so he’s half kakuja I believe
