PORTSMOUTH
During the 09-10 season Portsmouth entered administration and were ultimately relegated, bringing an end to a golden era in the club's history. With limited finances available from the start of the save paired with an arguably below average BPL squad, the challenge is to remain in England's top division and prevent administration through player sales and shrewd acquisitions.

unfortunately it's hard coded into the game, any fix i have tried has interacted weirdly with the database and stopped other parts from working correctly

Can you allow the Russian teams in UEFA competitions? I would like to play in the 1st season with Dynamo Moscow in the UCL
