A bit of cut details, when Rimiru became a Demon Lord all of the Kijin evolved into a type of Oni, most of them evolved into 妖鬼, translated as Bewitching Oni/Mystic Oni/Fair Oni, but Shion through her death and resurrection evolved 悪鬼 translated as Evil Oni/Wicked Oni, that's why when listing them as Oni it said evil above Shion.

I think it's most likely the manga and light novel readers currently staying for the reactions, and of course, there are more anime onlys watching the anime, and they don't understand the hype of the show.. of COURSE there will be meetings, it's a very politically based anime, the entire anime is about politics in a fantasy world, it just took 3 seasons for people to realize that and figure out that it might not be their cup of tea, because in this kind of anime, it's usually a slow simmer to a boil, you really have to have patience.. and boy oh boy does that patience pay off, we're still waiting for HUGE reveals back from season 1, this anime will bring the craziest things back.. just.. hold on
