If you look at the woman who used the brainwashing on Shalltear, you will notice she's conjured a dragon from her dress - that's the World Item she used.

The literal first line of the episode is kind of a mistranslation, though that's impossible to know without having context form the LN. The God/Divine class item Ainz is talking about is the Spuit Lance in Shalltear's hand, so he is wondering about Shalltear having been in a situation where she decided she needed to pull that out. Yeah Pandora's actor is played by Miyano Mamouru, who also plays Shuu Tsukiyama from Tokyo Ghoul and Benimaru from Fire Force or Light Yagami from Death Note or Gilthunder from SDS or Douma from Demon Slayer.
