The 2rd season is mostly filler and 3rd takes directly from manga, so many things will not make sense, as we were warning xDD Also, some characters came from Light Novels - the gamera girl - that never got an adaptation, so she is brand new. As for Quinx, the key difference between one-eyed gouls and them is eye shading, which anime completely ignored - ghoul eyes in the manga are completly black, whiel Quinx have them just shaded into grey color.
