Igris was "Knight Rank", so Tusk rank is higher ... It was a flashback from Tusk before he dies. He said "could he be A...." in the manhwa, and it's possibly relevant for the future, so I don't understand why they don't show it in the Anime 🤷♀️

This fight scene was 11/10! There was a lot of anime exclusive scene from the Manwha in the fight so that’s greatly appreciated. I think you’re interested in reactions of the fight and Sung Jin Woo, you should take a read of the Manwha chapter 72 to mid 76. While the fight was beautifully translated with new stuff, the reaction stuff was a tad lackluster compared to the Manwha so if you’re into reactions to Sung Jin Woo and his fight by the other characters, check out the Manwha.
