Yeah Tetsu means iron xD It might be steel though, not just iron, if Im not wrong. By the way, Hatsume means invent in Japanese. Many of the Japanese names in this anime have something to do with the character's powers/abilities or personalities. Like we learned Uraraka means relaxed. Katsuki Bakugo - Bakugo is close to Bakuhatsu which means explosion. And Katsuki means the will to win. Kaminari means lightning. Ashido Mina - Ashido is the japanese pronunciation of Acid. Sero Hanta - Sero is like short for the japanese pronunciation for cellophane, referring to Cellophane tape. Tokoyami -Yami means darkness, not sure what Tokoyami means but definitely got something to do with darkness. Didn't look these up by the way, purely based off of how much Japanese I know. I learnt Japanese from years of anime watching, then watching Japanese TV shows and listening to Japanese music. :p
