The thing about Bakugo's hand shaking, its the backlash from the explosions impacting his body, kinda like the recoil. Its not like he's immune to the shock his body has to take when there's explosions going off near his body. Even though he directs the explosions away from his body. Thats why for that huge explosion, he had to brace his arm with his other arm.
