Depends how its done, in this movie its done really well considering how they integrate them into the story in the future (I won't elaborate more because I dont want to spoil Neel)

Neel just so you know, the All Might we saw at the start of the movie isn't his prime, he is still a student there, his prime is where he defeats All for one 6 years ago before episode 1. Also, people here probably said it already, but at the start of the series, all might mentions that one for all is a quirk that stocks power (he also said it in the episode with the lore of All for one in season 2), and all might had one for all for like 40 years, he made one for all so much stronger, so if Izuku would sometime use 100% without injuring his body, in theory, he should but much stronger than prime All Might.
