The female character at the end was somebody cosplaying as Electro Wave Human Tackle who a female ally in kamen rider stronger. Despite having powers and helping the kamen rider fight, she technically herself isnt considered a kamen rider.

The evil shocker organization from the og show was inspired and are basically nazis. They kidnap people turning them into animal themed cyborgs to help with their plans of world domination. Kamen rider was kidnapped and turned into a grasshopper theme cyborg but escaped before he could be brainwashed, vowing to fight shocker using the powers he gained from evil for good.
