Hello everybody!
And so, this time we were a little late with the news post. There were several issues related to the development, which we are currently solving in a hurry.
More specifically, we decided to slightly rework the current approach to the gameplay component. The gameplay part itself will remain in place, but we will remove some of the variation. Yes, it may sound like we are depriving you of something in the gameplay, but in reality everything is completely different.
The fact is that during the test run of the entire gameplay, we discovered a problem: due to the large number of different scenario options, the player risks missing most of the content if the first game segment is poorly completed. Initially, this freedom was supposed to add immersiveness to the gameplay, allowing the player to feel like a kind of manager who independently determines the outcome of the content. But in the end, we realized that it would be more annoying than enjoyable.
Therefore, we decided to make the gaming segment less critical of the player and his decisions. Now, even in the worst case scenario, you can get 60% of all the necessary scenes. This does not mean that the remaining 40% will be difficult for you, not at all. On the contrary, it's now even easier to get all the scenes than it was before.
But because of this, we are now making changes to the gameplay structure and script so that all the plot trails look solid, not torn. We also decided to add a few more scenes due to changes in the script, some of which have already passed the stage of the liner notes. These scenes will illustrate the part of the content that we originally wanted to play only with text and sprites, and will also expand the ending of the game. Anyway, these are just a few new scenes and we'll finish working on them by the end of this week.
Otherwise, the development continues without any major changes. We are testing builds of game mechanics and gradually putting the whole game together, albeit with some changes in the process. Next week, we will be fully compiling a build of the entire game on the engine.
I think that's all the news for today. You can share in the comments what you think about this kind of change. Thank you for your support from our entire team and have a nice day!

You continue to do good work so I continue to support you. Take the time to do work you are satisfied with and I'm sure I'll be safisfied too

So would the game become more of a visual novel where the game takes us to locations or will we still have the agency to go around? I may have misunderstood the post and what you meant by changing the gameplay aspects.
