Magical Snowglobe [53x42]
🕑 Added 2023-12-18 08:18:32 +0000 UTCHey everyone!
Someone suggested anidea a long looooong while back that we make a map inside of a snowglobe. We thought that'd be a perfect map to make as a holiday celebration, so here it is!
We thought it'd be fun if your players were caught in a snow storm or maybe just drunk at some weird tavern and then woke up here. How do they escape back to the real world? We'll leave that up to you (or come brain storm on the community Discord!). Like with our Giant Kitchen map it's up to you if you want the players to be normal sized in a giant snowglobe, or tiny in a normal sized snowglobe.

There's still some more maps to come this year which we're hurridly finishing off but we'll be taking some time off for the holidays and we wanted to take the opportunity to say thank you to everyone who supports us here on Patreon, it really does mean a lot to us. Making these maps with you all has enabled us to live as artists, which is really amazing. So a big thank you from everyone on our team and we hope you have a merry Christmas or whatever winter festivities you celebrate and a happy new year. <3

How do I join the Discord?! I want to use this and would love to brainstorm with some other DMs!

Is there a foundryvtt module for this? I can't find it in the master list post.

I used this map last night for my annual Xmas-themed one-shot. I made separate handouts for each of the assets you put there: the broken nutcracker, the hot chocolate... I used the "no animals" variant, so that I could have my players round up the reindeer and attach them to the sleigh so they could make their escape. Lots of fun! Beautiful map! If I could make one recommendation: have the reindeer and sleigh be separate assets, so we can move them around the map. I had to use Pixlr to extract those assets and turn them into tokens.
