Yeah a seperate post in addittion might do it. Even though I'm unsure how a brand new post would do better than updating the pinned post, I feel like it would somehow lol.

I like your Pinned Post, because it always has the instructions on it. And it's the first thing that everyone sees, whenever they come on to your Account. That can help with them, seeing if it's open now. And you can have separate Posts still, for when it's open again. And have a link in that new Post, that goes to the Pinned Post. This way, regardless of how others see that it's open, they'll have two ways, to know they can sign up, for a Commission. If you want to take that new, separate Post down, after it closes, you can.

I think the pinned post is the most visible for me, as I didn't see that you had added other YCHs. So I think you should post that in addition to the pinned post. That's an idea 😊
