"How would Noah not know" Bird is in a different arena. Mordred is using a very suppressed trickle of his power to get a vague bird's eye view of all the different arenas because the magic field is being stretched out across the whole city and perfection at that scale is just about impossible. He is an extremely good tracker tho and just barely good enough to get a little trickle of information
