I change browser to Edge and still small pics dont show on notebook, cleared browser cache and still same

Apologies for bothering you at a time like this, ( I know you're probably busy ), so I'll make this quick, it said you could invite one person, but all I get is Chris, ( not Sophie as I had hoped for ), does it have to do with how you are dosing Sophie, ( I'm guessing the casual route )?
