im curious if ava's "gets dark" dialogue has anything planned at all or its its just there to be there as a dialogue

Yes, but I'm kind of building out the computer "as needed". It's not meant to be a normal part of gameplay, like the debug menu, but yes eventually more characters will be added to it.
Is there going to be a thing to rapidly dose people at the company, like there is with the computer for the mom and sister?

.....So then the question is, I know that Tightest Family hasn't even been started yet, ( or has it ), and then there's Maid's Life and House Maid, ( both with a Catgirl TF, not sure if that still IS something that's going to be implemented, or if its going to be completely taken out ), but apart from that, what else is left of Ava's route?

Chapter 5 is a ways away. Since Chapter 5 will effectively end the game, we're working to get all the playable content we want into the game before capping it off with the final chapter!

Yes! The Julia and Ava scene does require Julia to have been given the BMB1 in Free Play mode.
