There will be feedback when you dose someone, or when there's a meaningful serum impact for the scene (Tori at the end of Chapter 1 for example) but it would be there at all times.

Does the new art style have any visual indication for who's under the effects of a serum and who's not? Just asking cause (to my anime-trained brain) eyes with no pupils look kind blank and hypno'd to me...
