Whilst I loved Bosom Buddies (and would pay for a continuation), it finished too short. That story should have had another 3 -5 chapters and a different ending.

I'm torn. I REALLY want to vote for Belle, or Sam, or Neevie, or... but that is just because I like the characters so much and their relationships. However, I can also see him either with some of the 'underdogs', like Zofi, Alice, or even Holly, or none of the above with a 'BTC Reunion' in a few years where a dark horse candidate wins out.

It may be more realistic (and true to my original Bosom Buddies inspiration) for everyone to go their separate ways. And that worked for the original story because he still got back together with them in the epilogue. But for this story, I'm gonna let Matty have at least SOME kind of happy ending heading off to college. But no promises on who or how many.
None of the above. If this BTC interlude in their lives makes them more mature, experienced, and ready for life, then why would it be a good idea to arrest their emotional and personal development to stay with their high school not-boyfriend? One needn't close off the avenue, but for college, responsible freedom is the sign of maturity. Sticking with someone you met at 16? BTC as an Amish sub-cult?
