“You’re helping her explore a brand-new world of human sexuality, are you not?” Dawn asked rhetorically.
I blinked and sighed. “Fine.”
Candy raised her hand and started ticking off fingers. “Best friend Dawn, supermodel A.D., supermodel’s girlfriend Sasha, baby mama Kim, co-worker June… Anybody else you’re regularly shagging?”
Dawn and I exchanged a glance and a shrug.
“Little sister Brooke?” Candy grinned, and Heather smirked.
Dawn popped her eyebrows in surprise. I shrugged and replied, “Sometimes I forget you already know that story.”
“We were there when it all happened,” Heather reminded me.
I shrugged, and then shook my head. “Brooke moved down to SoCal after graduation.”
“Ohhh, riiight. Mizu said her little brother and Brooke used to date,” Candy remarked while nodding. But then she looked thoughtful and asked, “Wait, your baby sister twins are at Berkeley now though, aren’t they? Eden and Emma?”
Dawn started giggling. “Yeah, they’re rooming with me. Insatiable little minxes, they are. I enjoy the benefits even when Ben’s not around. Haven’t gotten around to Eve, yet, though.”
“Who’s Eve?” Heather asked.
“June’s little sister. She’s our fourth roommate, and in the same grade as the twins,” Dawn explained. “Wicked hot. I know she’s hooking up with the twins, but June’s given her express orders to stay away from Ben and me. For now at least.”
“Seven’s enough though, isn’t it?” Heather asked. “Even for Big Ben?”
“Seven is MORE than enough,” I agreed.
“Eight,” Dawn corrected. “We’re still visiting Viktoriya tomorrow night.”
“Wait, who’s Viktoriya?” Candy asked with a frown.
Dawn grinned, her eyes sparkling. “Ben’s ex-professor. Older woman but absolutely exquisite. She can do things to me I didn’t even realize were possible.”
“She’s also about to become your current professor again, which means she’s gonna cut you off when school starts," I reminded Dawn. Turning to look at Candy and Heather, I explained. "Dawn's going back to get her MBA. Kim too, actually."
“She might cut ME off, and Kim too, but not you,” Dawn insisted. “You won’t be her student. She’ll still want Big Ben visits.”
I sighed and looked back at the other girls, conceding, “Okay fine, maybe eight. I can barely manage to stay hydrated. It’s exhausting.”
Candy licked her lower lip lasciviously and batted her eyelashes at me. “You seemed plenty hydrated and energetic to take care of us tonight though. Think you can handle ten? We could move up to NorCal to join your harem.”
Heather giggled. “I like the way you think.”
“A true gentleman always rises to the occasion,” I pronounced formally before breaking into a grin. “Seriously, though, it’s been amazing to see you two after all these years. Especially to see… ALL of you… after all these years.” I gestured at their fantastic naked bodies while both busty brunettes preened before me.
“Think we can get you to rise at least one more time?” Heather asked coquettishly. “You haven’t put it in my ass yet. And I have so many fond memories of the orgasms you gave me while pounding that big dick so hard up my tight little asshole.”
“Me too! Me too!” Candy cheered.
Dawn laughed. “I REALLY like your friends.”

These 'long arc' stories seem to share a lot of common things. Getting us deeply emotionally involved in Character A (Dawn in this series), then playing roller coaster games with our emotions. Main character looping through same behaviors instead of learning or moving forward. People acting on incomplete understanding of a situation, and so on. I'm complaining about it, per se, just kinda frustrated by how common it is.

I remain of the view that if Matty’s actual and Adrienne’s legal guardian parents were aware of the way Adrienne shafted Matty on Valentines Day, the story would be different. In fact if Adrienne had thought to think through the impact of the “Great Valentines Substitution” she would have behaved differently. As for Matty, geez stop being such a wimp. Your welfare and feelings do matter. If your behaves as she did in CSL and got away with it, do you think that she won’t behave even worse in the future. As for Dawn, if she knew her bestie (aka Ben) was being shafted why didn’t she step up. After the Valentines Day massacre happened, why didn’t she call out the bad behaviour. She’s a pretend friend if she doesn’t act. Matty + Sam > Ben. + Adrienne + Dawn
