“I know where there’s an empty classroom we can sneak off to!”
Belle and I exchanged a quick glance while Isabela continued to grin with barely restrained eagerness. She pressed her crotch against my thigh and lightly dry-humped me right there in the plaza, clearly eager to get my big dick buried inside her as soon as humanly possible.
But I gently pried her off me, stating honestly, “Sorry, but I’m not gonna skip class, especially with Finals coming right up.”

I blinked in surprise, having not really considered that, what with all the drama surrounding my conversation with Naimh and Belle on the walk over here. Besides, I’d just seen Skylar last Thursday.
“Or not. Hmm…” Isabela looked honestly perplexed. “Is something wrong? Is it me?”
“It’s not you; it’s me,” I replied immediately before internally groaning at my choice of words. “Long story. Weird day. C’mon, let’s get to class.”
Isabela sighed in resignation before turning to Belle with a refreshed smile. “Good to see you, Belle.” And then she stepped over to the petite strawberry-blonde for a warm hug and then a sweet kiss.
Belle happily kissed Isabela back, and after the two girls separated, she brushed her bangs behind her ears and smiled. “I’ll call you later, alright? We’ll meet up.”
“Looking forward to it!” Isabela replied before looping her elbow through mine. “¿Vamos?”
I smiled, patted her arm, and escorted her into the building.

The flirtatious dark-haired beauty liked to keep her hand on my thigh during class and every so often reach over to fondle my package. I was used to it and kept my focus on Professor D’s lecture, not reacting to her roaming hand. Isabela always seemed to take that as a challenge, though, getting progressively bolder about her actions. And today I waited until she started to unzip me before I finally grabbed her hand and moved it back onto my thigh.
Most days, she seemed content to flirt and tease a bit but otherwise paid reasonably studious attention to the lecture. But today the lusty Latina seemed in a particularly amorous mood - no surprise given her earlier suggestion to play hooky and go fuck in a classroom. And as soon as the professor dismissed us, Isabela wrapped herself around my arm, pecked my cheek, and looked ready to jump me right then and there in the lecture hall.
Fortunately, she didn’t. Instead she merely held my arm as we ascended the stairs together and exited the building. The most gorgeous thing I’d ever loved was waiting for us outside, my bubbly redhead bouncing up to me with a beaming smile and a happy “Matty!” exclamation. And she gave me a giddily warm, welcoming kiss as if we’d been apart for two days instead of less than two hours.
“Heyyy, Neevie,” Isabela greeted with a lascivious look and an innuendo-laced croon in her voice. “Wanna go home with us and have a nooner?”
Naimh blinked in surprise and then turned to look at me with a note of alarm. I knew she hadn’t forgotten this morning’s conversation about me feeling burnt out, and her expression turned apologetic. “Actually, our friends came to visit over the weekend and we kinda used hi--”
“You know what?” I interjected, hugging Isabela against my side. “Why don’t I take you home myself? Just you and me.”
Isabela blinked in surprise. Actually, Naimh blinked in surprise as well, but I kept my attention on Isabela, with the Latina looking at me and asking, “Just us?” while Naimh simultaneously chirped, “Just you two?”
I smirked at Isabela. “I know, I know: you love having a hot girl’s tongue on your clit while I’m buried inside you, but Neevie’s got class in an hour and I don’t want to make her rush back and forth all the way across campus.”
Naimh eyed me curiously. “You sure?” I could tell by her expression that she sensed I wanted to talk to Isabela by myself, which was something of a departure from this morning’s agreement to have her and Belle run interference.
“I’m sure,” I stated confidently. “Skylar’s gonna be hung up for a little while fielding questions the first day back after break. Why don’t you wait for her to get out, and then grab lunch together?”
My Head Girlfriend’s emerald-green eyes narrowed, but she read the confidence in my gaze and then shrugged. “Works for me. But don’t expect too much from him,” she added to Isabela. “I’m serious: we girls wore him out this weekend, and he’s been feeling pretty burnt-out. We like to joke that Matty’s a machine who can always rise up to the occasion when we need him to, but he’s only human.”
“I understand,” Isabela replied reasonably, glancing back and forth between me and Naimh with a curious look. She may have sensed there was an undercurrent of meaning between me and my Head Girlfriend.
Speaking of which, I gave my Irish girlfriend a reassuring look that told her I knew what I was doing, and with that she gave me one last peck on the cheek before removing her arms from around me. “See you after school, luv,” she told me sweetly, although I also read in her eyes, I’m expecting details.
I smirked and pecked her again. “See you later.”

Isabela and I walked hand-in-hand down the main walkways of the campus, heading back towards my house. But when we came to an intersection where I’d normally head straight, Isabela tugged my hand to the right.
“My house is that way,” I pointed out.
“But Luna’s class is that way, and I always pick her up after class,” Isabela replied with a smile. “You were right that I love to have a hot girl’s tongue on my clit while your big dick is buried inside me. This works out perfectly since Neevie couldn’t join us, plus she warned me to take it easy on you. I blinked in surprise, caught off-guard by the sudden change in plans, and suddenly felt myself getting dragged along. But I quickly found my feet and followed, my mind racing for a moment trying to figure out how I wanted to adapt my current plan to account for Luna’s presence. My whole plan had been to try and talk to Isabela one-on-one. I wanted to make clear that while I appreciated her as a friend and occasional lover, I honestly needed to reduce the frequency of our encounters in order to keep from getting overworked. As Skylar had pointed out: I was allowed to say I needed a break. And I ultimately didn’t want that message to be coming from my girlfriends, lest Isabela feel like they were trying to crowd her out.
I reasoned that Luna’s presence shouldn’t really require a significant change in plans. Everything I wanted to say could be said in front of her, although I realized I had no idea how she might react. Isabela was outgoing and gregarious and wore her emotions on her sleeve. I figured the nymphomaniac Latina would get upset with me initially, and I’d mentally prepared myself for that.
But Luna? It was staggering just how little I knew about the enigmatically shy brunette. We’d simply never spent much time around each other, and although I knew the basic facts about her, I was simply too busy dealing with all of the other girls in my life to really spend time trying to learn more.
“Do you really pick up Luna after every class?” I asked as I fell into step with Isabela once again.
“Well, not every class, but most of them,” she replied. “It’s really no different from the way Neevie always picks you up after E10. People like it when their friends make the time, don’t you think?
“Verdad,” I agreed with a smirk before arching an eyebrow. “How long have you two been together, actually? I mean, I know you went to high school together, but how long have you two been together-together?”
Isabela smiled. “Sometimes it feels like we’ve been together forever. First met in second grade. Bonded because both of our parents are from Honduras. I was always the outgoing one--”
“Surprise, surprise,” I drawled.
She laughed musically, continuing, “And she was always happy to follow along after me.”
“I can see that.”
Isabela shrugged and then smirked. “But I’ll bet you’re curious like everyone else. You want to know when friendship turned into…” The spicy Latina held up two fingers in front of her lips and then jammed her tongue between them, animatedly miming as if she were licking.
I snorted and grinned. “Well, I was more asking about when you two got together in a romantic sense, but I’ll settle for that.”
The gorgeous brunette shook her head as if I didn’t understand. “We’re NOT together in a romantic sense. We started licking each other years ago, but that was more teenage experimentation with a couple of best friends more than anything else. Luna and I call each other ‘girlfriends’ now, yes. But we’re not in love.”
I blinked in surprise. “Really?”
“Ella es mi chera. We’re close friends, and even lovers. But we’re not ‘in love’,” she explained.
“If you say so,” I muttered dubiously, thinking back over all the times I’d seen the two of them together: like the time Luna had tied Isabela’s hair back with an elastic band to help Isabela suck my dick; or that time when I’d more or less fucked Isabela’s brains out so that she was gasping and delirious, and Luna had cradled Isabela’s head in her lap, tenderly stroking her girlfriend’s sweaty forehead with an expression of infinite devotion on her face.
Isabela stopped walking for a moment and pursed her lips. I had already continued two more steps but held up, still holding her hand, and then turned to face her. She read my expression, exhaled slowly, and then shrugged.
“Let’s just say there might be a bit of a discrepancy between us on the whole ‘love’ thing,” Isabela finally muttered. “I know she’s in love with me. I know she wants me to love her back in equal measure.”
“But you don’t feel it.”
She pursed her lips but didn’t otherwise reply.
“Because you aren’t romantically gay?” I asked, thinking of Belle.
“It’s not that.”
“You simply don’t feel ‘that way’ about Luna?”
The dark-haired beauty’s eyes tightened, and she sighed. “It’s not that Luna isn’t worthy of love. And it’s not that she doesn’t mean anything to me - she’s my best friend and I’m happy to call her my girlfriend.”
“Then what is it?”
Isabela took a deep breath, sighed, and then started walking again while tugging on my hand. She gave me a dismissive shake of her head while staring forward, almost dragging me with her again. And only after we’d walked on another dozen yards did she finally mutter, “It’s not that she’s a girl. Boys… girls… I just don’t think I’m really built for love.”
I alternated eyeing her curiously and watching the walkway to make sure we didn’t run into anything, patiently waiting her out. I could tell Isabela had a lot on her mind and needed a moment to sort out her thoughts.
But as we kept walking and she continued to remain silent, I realized she wasn’t inclined to elaborate any further on the subject. I also realized that I didn’t feel close enough to Isabela to push her into continuing. My role in The BTC had always been my willingness to accept whatever the girls were comfortable with and never push their boundaries. While my relationships with the girls had certainly developed over time to the point where I WAS willing to push them a little bit here and there in situations where I thought it would be helpful, I wasn’t at that point with Isabela. Not yet, and perhaps not ever.
So I remained quiet. I remained patient. I simply squeezed her hand, walking together with Isabela in silence until we reached Luna’s classroom. And sure enough, Isabela’s girlfriend was waiting outside her building, standing up with a delighted smile at the sight of the woman she loved more than anyone in the world.
Oh, and at me.
Well, Luna didn’t smile at me. Rather, she arched an inquisitive eyebrow in surprise at the sight of me. But she shrugged and went with it, probably used to going along with whatever Isabela wanted. And she opened her arms to hug her girlfriend in greeting.
But Isabela still looked somewhat troubled, her expression pensive as she held Luna to her chest and wrapped her arms around her girlfriend’s slender body. But although Luna snuggled her nose into the crook of Isabela’s neck, I noted that Isabela herself was a little distant - staring off into space.
I also noted that Isabela no longer looked interested in tackling me into bed. Although that hadn’t been my intention, I HAD wanted to bring Isabela back to my house so that we could talk, not fuck. And so despite my initial concern that bringing Luna along would mess up my plans, I wondered if perhaps things had turned out for the best.

As soon as the girls released their hug, Luna blinked behind her delicate glasses at me and greeted, “Nice to see you, Matty.”
“You too, Luna,” I replied politely.
When nobody offered further explanations, Luna then raised both eyebrows while glancing back and forth between me and her girlfriend, asking me plainly, “What are you doing here?”
“Oh, right.” Isabela smiled, immediately perking up as if only then remembering that she wanted to tackle me into bed. “We’re picking you up to go have a threesome nooner at his place.”
“Now?” Luna looked surprised. “I know you’ve been jonesing to jump him, but I thought we were going over to his place after classes. Are Belle or Neevie even home?”
“No. Just the three of us. I couldn’t wait until this afternoon. But Neevie warned me to take it easy on him. She said their old friends came to visit over the weekend and wore him out. So I told him he just has to sit there and provide the big dick and let me use him.”
“While I do the heavy lifting of getting you off, as usual,” Luna said with a smirk. She then glanced at me, explaining, “This happens a lot, actually. Isabela’s got an insatiable appetite, and it’s normal for guys to wind up worn-out and just lay there doing nothing.”
“Hey! I had to satisfy seven girls all weekend,” I muttered defensively.
Both girls laughed.
“Well today, you only have to satisfy ONE,” Isabela pronounced. And with that, she grabbed both of our hands and started dragging us down the sidewalk.
It was a unique sensation for me to walk around campus in a triple while NOT being the meat in the sandwich, so to speak. Normally whenever I had two girls with me, I was in the one in the middle. But this time Isabela was clearly in the lead, even though I walked abreast of her. And when we hit the city streets with its narrower sidewalks, I went ahead and let go of Isabela’s hand to take a step back and let them continue together.
At least, that was the idea. But as it turned out, Luna likewise let go of Isabela’s hand and took a step back, looking over at me in surprise. I gestured for her to go ahead and take Isabela’s hand again, but then Luna gestured for me to go ahead and take Isabela’s hand again. And when neither of us stepped forward, Isabela simply rolled her eyes and started strutting off down the sidewalk, forcing both me and Luna to follow after her.
“You know you two can hold hands if you want,” Isabela teased over her shoulder, practically skipping.
Luna and I glanced at each other with wide eyes, and I immediately saw Luna’s expression coldly inform me, ‘Nope. Never happening.’
I smirked and shrugged in reply. I never did take Luna’s hand, but nor did I try to catch up and take Isabela’s hand. Instead, Luna and I merely walked side-by-side trailing after the outgoing brunette.
“So before we picked you up,” I said to Luna, “I was asking Isabela more about your relationship. It occurred to me that I’ve spent very little time with either of you just talking--”
“Instead of fucking?” Luna drawled with a smirk.
I shrugged and nodded.
“I’m sure Neevie and the girls have told you all the details by now.”
“Together since high school,” I recited. “You realized very early on that you were only attracted to girls, while she was attracted to pretty much everyone. Neevie told me about you two making a habit of hooking up with couples in relationships so that Isabela could have the best of both worlds without getting tied down with romantic complications, although there have been… other… complications.”
Luna snorted. “Guys kept falling for her and ignoring their girlfriends. But I don’t think we’re going to have that problem with you.”
“Not likely, no.” I looked ahead and called a little louder so that Isabela could hear, “No offense!”
“None taken!” she called back. “I LIKE that I don’t have to worry about you falling in love with me!”
“Isabela’s not really built for love,” Luna stated matter-of-factly.
“The exact same words she told me just before we picked you up.”
“Really?”
I nodded and gave Luna a look of concern, asking gently, “Does that bother you?”
“Does what bother me?”
I gestured forward. “That she’s not really built for love?”
Luna shrugged like it was no big deal. “I love her just the way she is. Feisty. Fiery. Fun. We’ve been together our whole lives. I’ve always known exactly who she is… AND who she isn’t.”
“She’s your girlfriend.”
“She’s my best friend. We call each other ‘girlfriend’ because it’s easier to use the term than try to explain our unique relationship. Surely you can understand that, Mr. Belle.”
I smirked. “‘Mr. Belle’? That’s a new one.”
“Ella es mi chera.”
I arched an eyebrow. “Isabela said the exact same thing. What does the word chera mean? Anything like the French mon chéri for ‘my darling’?”
Luna shrugged. “Hondurans use the phrase for close friends - for ‘cherished’ friends. It doesn’t necessarily have a sexual connotation, so when she and I call each other chera in front of our parents, nobody freaks out. We cherish each other, but we’re not in love.”
“Are you built for love?”
Luna pursed her lips, and her eyes momentarily tightened. But she recovered quickly and shrugged like it was no big deal again, replying casually, “They say that you know it when you know it. And I haven’t known it yet.”
I gave her an apologetic look, but Luna quickly waved me off.
“I’m in no hurry to fall in love,” she insisted. “I’m a freshman student at Cal, still a teenager, with no idea what I want to do with the rest of my life besides doing cosplay. I mean seriously, if I could just be left alone all-day/every-day with my sewing machine I’d be happy for the rest of my life. But I know I’ll have to get a degree and get a real job to pay the bills. Cosplay is fun, but you can’t make money doing it.”
I waggled my head. “It’s too bad. I get the impression Neevie would love to be a professional cosplayer if it were a viable career.”
Luna smirked. “Neevie’s also got much bigger boobs than me. Girls with big boobs are always more popular than stick figures like me. I suppose it’s just as well that cosplay can’t be a career, otherwise I’d be tempted to get a boob job.”
“I love your pretty boobies just the way they are!” Isabela called over her shoulder.
Lune gestured ahead. “See, sentences like that are the only times I ever hear the L-word come out of her mouth.”
I smirked and shrugged.
“Anyways, I’ve got four years to figure that stuff out, you know?” Luna continued. “Figuring out a long-term career? Falling in love? Settling down? That stuffs soooo far off in the future as to not even be relevant right now to kids like us.”
I chuckled. “Can you help me convince Belle of that?”
Luna arched her eyebrows. “Is Belle actually pressuring you to settle down?”
“Not really,” I hedged. “But the topic has come up a little more often of late.”
Luna raised her eyebrows and started ticking off her fingers. “Belle, Neevie, Sam, Eva – everyone keeps mentioning Skylar - Lily’s still out there, and Isabela too? That doesn’t even mention the old friends who came to visit and wore you out, apparently. You’ve got a real-life harem going, and I can’t imagine you settling down and getting married anytime soon.”
“Neither can I.” I shrugged. “Much like you, I really just want to spend the next four years of college being a college student. We really do have lots of time to figure out all the rest of that stuff.”
“Agreed.” Luna smirked at me. “Just don’t go expecting me to join your harem. I’m not qualified, anyway. Not without getting a boob job.”
I waved her off with a grin. “There isn’t actually a cup-size requirement, but more importantly, I know you’re gay and I’ll always respect that; so please don’t worry about me ever making a move on you. I know it can’t be easy being naked and vulnerable around a guy without worrying whether or not he’s gonna try and grab you.”
Luna’s eyes tightened, but before she could respond, Isabela stated somewhat venomously from in front of us, “You’d better not, or your harem of girlfriends will need to start looking for a new boyfriend after their current one loses the equipment they’re so fond of.”
I raised my eyebrows and drawled, “Threatening to castrate me is the fastest way of ensuring you won’t get laid today.”
Isabela momentarily turned around to walk backwards, stating evenly, “Some things are more important than getting laid.”
“I certainly agree,” I replied seriously. Then I looked back at Luna and asked gently, “Have guys tried to grab you in the past?”
Luna sighed and shrugged. “Twice, although neither of them got far. Isabela didn’t actually castrate either of them, but we certainly never saw either of those two assholes ever again.”
“I’m very sorry to hear that.”
“Not your fault. And relax, Matty: I know I can trust you. For one thing, I don’t meet the cup-size requirement to grab your interest.”
“It’s not that you don--”
“I’m joking,” she drawled. “Sorta. I mean, I’m not totally sure if you don’t ogle me like a piece of meat because you’re being a gentleman, or if you’re simply not interested in flat-chested beanpoles, but either way you’ve never made me feel uncomfortable. Besides, like I was telling Isabela this morning: you’ve already got more than you can handle. You were looking pretty burnt-out - even before this weekend with your old friends. I actually warned her that for your sake, and for your girlfriends’ sakes, she should probably stop coming over to have sex with you.”
“And give up that incredible cock and all the tasty babes that come with him?” Isabela exclaimed in disbelief. “No way!”
“Don’t be selfish,” Luna scolded her before turning her attention back to me. “In fact, I’m pretty surprised you agreed to bring her back to your house today. If I were in your shoes, I’d look around at all the girls I had to keep satisfied and figure Isabela would be the first one I should cut off.”
“Well, about that…” I began, my ears turning pink as I blushed.
Isabela suddenly whipped around, reading my tone, and she came to a dead stop on the sidewalk. “Wait-wait-wait! Is THAT why you suggested that we come back to your house alone? Just the two of us?”
“Just the two of you?” Luna inquired.
“He wanted it to be just the two of us,” Isabela confirmed. “Detouring to pick you up was my thing.”
I took a deep breath and gave her a frank look. I always tried to be honest with the girls, even Isabela and Luna, so I went ahead and explained, “I did want to talk to you one-on-one.”
“You’re breaking up with me?!?” she squawked. “Guys don’t break up with ME!”
“I’m not breaking up with you!” I stated seriously in a somewhat louder voice while gesturing with my hands for her to calm down. “Why do people keep thinking you can have a break-up when you’ve never been together?”
“But you’re cutting me off?!?”
“No, it’s not like that.”
“Then what was that bit about me being the first one to cut off?” she continued squawking.
“Those were Luna’s words, not mine.” I took a deep breath. “But that said, I HAVE been pretty burnt-out, and I wanted to talk to yo--”
“I can’t BELIEVE this!!!”
“You know what?” I stated firmly, reaching forward to take hold of her hands as I glanced around the street. There weren’t any other people around at the moment, but still this wasn’t a conversation I wanted to be having out in the open. “C’mon. Let’s get into the house.”

I was breathing hard by the time I finished - not from physical exertion, but rather from the stress of trying to get my entire point across through Isabela’s frequent interruptions to defend herself, whine about the unfairness of it all, or even outright argue that it wasn’t her fault. It took a lot of work to try and calmly explain that I wasn’t attacking her, that I was trying to be fair, and that I wasn’t blaming her in the first place.
Isabela’s folded arms across her chest and narrowed eyes informed me that she still felt attacked, however - that she still didn’t think the situation was fair and that it still wasn’t her fault. At least Luna was nodding her head in understanding while stroking Isabela’s leg and generally coddling her girlfriend overall.
“You really don’t enjoy having sex with me?” Isabela growled through gritted teeth.
“That’s not what I said,” I muttered defensively.
“You said you felt like you were just ‘going through the motions’,” she seethed.
“That didn’t come out right,” I stated with a grimace, rubbing my forehead. “We were days away from Thanksgiving Break and I was physically, emotionally, and mentally exhausted, and when I said I was just going through the motions that wasn’t ONLY about you. I felt the same way that whole morning threesome, including with Belle.”
“Your heart wasn’t in it,” Luna observed. “You weren’t getting real pleasure out of it, but were sorta mechanically doing what you needed to do in order to help Belle and Isabela both get off.”

“Am I really such a lousy lay?” Isabela whined, her ego clearly pricked.
“You are amazing in bed,” I insisted, trying to salvage the situation while simultaneously cursing myself for not letting Naimh come with me for this conversation. I could’ve really used her feminine insight to help me out rather than continue to be the clueless male repeatedly sticking his foot in his mouth.
At least Luna seemed to understand and had frequently tempered Isabela’s ‘absolute worst way I could interpret things’ approach to listening with logic and reason, thank goodness.
Still, I tried my best to keep my sentences clear and to the point, and I was successful enough to come up with gems like, “It’s just that having an emotional connection to the girls I’m with is such a strong part of lovemaking for me, but from the first time we had a big epic weekend orgy with the whole BTC, including Sam, you’ve made clear you just wanted to have a good time and weren’t interested in forming that kind of bond.”
“Oh, so it’s MY fault you and I never formed an emotional connection!” Isabela squawked.
I closed my eyes and sighed, inwardly muttering to myself, Yeah. Gems like that. I really should’ve let Neevie come.
“I’m just trying to say that I’m not like other guys just happy to get laid. I get laid all the time,” I said with a weary sigh. “I don’t want to just lie there providing the big dick for you to ride while one of the other girls focuses on getting you off. That’s not my idea of a good time.”
“So you’re cutting me off for that?”
“I’m not cutting you off at all,” I stated plainly, taking deep, calming breaths and trying my best to remain calm. “I’m not unilaterally breaking up with you or anything like that. You may not be one of my girlfriends, but we’re still friends - all three of us. I like having both of you around, I know the girls like having both of you around. Even if we don’t have the kind of close, emotionally intimate relationship the way I do with my girlfriends, that doesn’t mean we can’t continue to enjoy each other’s company. It’s because of our friendship that I wanted to make the effort to honestly communicate how I’m feeling. I’m asking for more out of this relationship, not less.”
“I’m not gonna become one of your girlfriends, Matty. I told you I’m not built for love.”
“I’m not asking you to love me. I’m not asking you to change anything about who you are. But I DID need to see you face-to-face and tell you honestly that I haven’t been enjoying sex as much when I feel like you’re just using me as a mindless, living dildo. I need to tell you honestly that I’m feeling burnt-out. I need to say that I feel obligated to focus my limited bandwidth on my girlfriends - that the girls with whom I’ve formed these close, emotionally intimate relationships deserve my priority ahead of… of…”
“Ahead of a fuckbuddy,” Luna finished plainly for me.
“Well… yeah,” I admitted.
Isabela’s eyes narrowed as she tightened her folded arms over her chest, and she abruptly stood up to pace around the room. After taking three steps towards the television, she turned back to seethe at me with barely restrained frustration. “You realize I’m still horny right now. Haven’t gotten laid in a week and this whole conversation probably would’ve gone over a lot better if I’d gotten a couple of orgasms out of the way first.”
I blinked twice. “Oh, um, I guess if you really need me to fuck you now to get a couple of orgasms out of the way and then we continue thi--”
“Don’t be a fucking idiot,” Isabela snapped.
“I’m sorry,” I sighed wearily, holding my head. “I thought I could handle this but clearly I should’ve had my girlfriends here for support. They’d have done a much better job explaining.”
“I think you did just fine,” Luna reassured me. “You didn’t say anything I haven’t already told her before.”
Isabela took a deep breath and exhaled slowly. She pursed her lips, narrowed her eyes, and then finally stood up straight while flinging her hands out at me. “Fine. How about we make me a girlfriend? Would that solve the problem?”
I blinked twice again. “Um, what?”
“You don’t have time for fuckbuddies, but you’ll prioritize girlfriends, right?”
I winced. “It’s not that simple. And didn’t you just say ten seconds ago that you weren’t gonna become one of my girlfriends?”
“Not interested? Am I not pretty enough for you? Is this because I haven’t let you fuck my ass?”
“No, no, no,” I stated hurriedly, holding up a hand. “Nothing so crass. I like you Isabela, but you were the one who said you weren’t built for love. Trying to artificially force an emotional connection that isn’t there in an effort to become my fourth girlfriend won’t solve my exhaustion problems. I’m barely keeping up with the three girlfriends that I have.”
“Four,” Luna corrected.
“Three,” I insisted.
“Eva counts.”
I frowned. “No she doesn’t.”
“You saying you wouldn’t prioritize Eva ahead of Isabela?” Luna asked skeptically. “Seems to me you sometimes prioritize Eva ahead of your girlfriends.”
“That doesn’t make Eva a ‘girlfriend’ herself,” I countered. “That’s not our relationship. Love isn’t part of the equation.”
“Okay, so how do we get me to ‘Eva’ status?” Isabela interjected.
I groaned and rubbed my forehead.
“I’m still horny!” she whined, throwing up her hands and pacing towards the TV again. “And the agitation is making it so I can’t think straight! Okay I’ve changed my mind. All three of us have less than an hour before our next classes. I say we table the discussion for another day, strip our clothes off, and fuck like bunnies.”
“Chera…” Luna sighed. “Don’t be a fucking idiot.”
I snorted at Luna turning Isabela’s words back around on her, which was a bad idea because the dark-haired beauty stared daggers at me.
Luna took a deep breath, shook her head, and then looked over at me. “Hey Matty? Do you think you could give us a few minutes so Isabela and I can talk alone?”
I raised my eyebrows in surprise, but recovered quickly and jerked a thumb over my shoulder. “Uh, sure. I’ll just go up to my bedroom for a bit.”
“Thanks, Matty,” Luna said appreciatively.
I gave both girls a tight smile, planted my hands on my knees, and used them as leverage to push myself up to a standing position. Isabela was still pacing back and forth like a trapped lioness in a cage, clearly agitated. And Luna simply sighed while staring at her, clearly working out in her mind how she wanted to tame the beast.
And then I went up to my bedroom and closed the door.

It was only when my stomach growled that I realized I still hadn’t eaten anything during what was supposed to be my lunch break. As Isabela had pointed out, our next classes started in less than an hour, and I’d have to walk clear across campus to get to Archaeology of the Roman World. I did NOT want to piss off Professor Colquitt by being late.
But Isabela’s still-agitated voice floated up the stairs and through my non-soundproofed hollow door, not clear enough for me to make out any of the words but still enough for me to know better than to go back downstairs. Luna’s voice was quieter and calmer. And I found myself hoping she could get Isabela to be reasonable with enough spare time for me to grab something out of the fridge before I’d need to head out for class.
Actually, I should’ve left the house completely to go grab lunch and head back onto campus early.
But it was too late for that, so I went to lie down on top of my bed and try to relax. I was still rather exhausted from the long weekend holiday break, so any amount of time spent resting could only help.
But as it turned out, I only got to rest in bed for ten minutes before I heard footsteps coming up the stairs, followed by a soft knock at my door.
“Come in!” I called out.
The door cracked open and Isabela poked her head in. “Are we disturbing you?”
“Not at all. Come on in,” I told her warmly while sitting up against the headboard.
The dark-haired beauty smiled as she entered, with Luna trailing immediately behind. Isabela came to the near side of the bed and sat sideways on the mattress, her torso twisted to me while she kept one foot on the floor. Luna circled around to the other side.
Taking a deep breath, Isabela reached a hand out to me and stroked my arm before trailing down my wrist and then pushing my hand up so that we were palm-to-palm with our fingers interlaced together. She pursed her lips, looking pensive, and briefly glanced over at Luna for moral support.
“This is hard for me,” Isabela muttered, staring down at our enjoined hands rather than look me in the eye. “I don’t do well handling my emotions.”
“It’s alright. Take your time,” I encouraged, squeezing her hand. “I won’t pressure you.”
“I know you won’t. The girls have always talked about how you try so hard to be whatever your girls need you to be. But at the same time, I can’t unhear what you told me about feeling used like a living dildo, devoid of emotional connection. Every other guy I’ve ever met would be happy to get used like a living dildo. So this is all a little new for me.”
“I’m not like other guys.”
“No you’re not, which is probably why I’m still around.” Isabela blushed and finally looked up at my face. “Well, in all fairness, I’m also still around because of Belle, Neevie, and Sam.”
“I can relate to that sentiment.”
Isabela glanced over at Luna again, who gave her an encouraging nod. Gesturing at her girlfriend, she muttered, “Luna told me to look at the situation from a different perspective. If you just kept showing up every weekend expecting me to lay there and let you rut in and out of me for your own selfish pleasure without worrying whether or not I was enjoying myself, I’d hate your fucking guts. So I’m sorry for selfishly using you. Truly, I am.”
“It’s alright. I may have overstated the whole ‘feeling used’ thing. I DO enjoy having sex with you. Really, I do. I love making you feel good. I love making you happy. And I especially love making Belle and the girls happy. They enjoy your company - and yours Luna as well.”
Both girls smiled and nodded. Isabela got another reassuring look from Luna, took a deep breath, and then squeezed my hand again.
“Usually I’d know to leave when the guy started developing feelings for me, the girl would get jealous, or I’d simply get bored,” Isabela explained. “But none of that has happened in this case. It’s a weird situation for me - for once I don’t want to walk away. You’re too good, and I’m having too much fun with the other girls. This has been the perfect situation for me, and there’s a big part of me that wishes it didn’t have to change.”
I sighed. “I’m sorry for complicating your perfect situation.”
“Don’t be. I won’t be so selfish as to only give a shit about my own satisfaction. I want to make this work. And I want to understand how you want to make this work.”
“Really?”
“Really,” Isabela confirmed. “What do you need me to do?”
“Well let me reassure you that I don’t need you to fall in love with me. I don’t need you to become my girlfriend. But you did ask downstairs how you can get ‘Eva’ status, and the answer to that is pretty simple.”
Isabela blinked. “How?”
I smiled and squeezed her hand. “Join The BTC. Come hang out with us, and not only on weekends. Barbecue. Play Mario Party. Chat with the girls about your day and ask about theirs. As I understand it, you already do that a bit, meeting Belle on-campus and things like that.”
Isabela nodded and glanced at Luna, who nodded as well. “We do.”
“Get to know me better. Spend more time talking to me so I can learn about your likes and dislikes outside of the bedroom. Make the effort to learn MY likes and dislikes. The truth is: you and I are little more than fuckbuddies right now. And maybe that was good enough for a while, but it isn’t anymore. If you want to keep going, I’d like to be your friend. I’m not asking for chera or anything like that, but being a basic friend would be nice. Is that so much to ask?”
“You’d be chero. Only girls are chera.”
“Right, ‘o’ for masculine in Spanish.” I nodded. “I told you I wanted more out of this relationship, not less. And to further that point, yes I would like it if you tried a little harder to (A) recognize that I’m a human with limits, and (B) when we ARE together, make me feel a little more like you give a shit about my pleasure.”
Isabela blushed. “That second one might be a little harder, actually. All the other guys I’ve ever been with were happy to pound away at me until they got themselves off. I’ve never really had to work at it.”
“I’m not like other guys,” I repeated.
“You definitely aren’t. You’re special. That’s why all the other girls stay with you.” Isabela smiled at Luna and then turned her attention back to me. “That’s why -I- want to stay with you.”
She gave me a warm smile, and I was happy to smile back and squeeze her hand.
“Chero it is,” Isabela pronounced. “Cherished friend. I promise I’ll make a better effort to consider your needs. And the first way I can prove that is by respecting that you’re tired and a bit burnt-out. I WAS looking forward to getting laid today after being away from you for a week, but that’s okay. I’ll let you get your rest, and I’m sure there will be another opportunity sometime soon.”
Isabela pulled back, slipping her fingers out from my hand. But before she could, I slid my hand forward to recapture her fingers and give them a squeeze. And Isabela paused and popped her eyebrows in surprise.
“Thank you for trying to be considerate, but we actually DO still have time before any of us need to get to class,” I offered. “If getting laid is still what you want to do.”
Isabela’s eager/horny/nymphomaniac expression lit up her face that clearly replied excitedly, ‘You really mean that?’
But just before she could actually accept the offer, my stomach growled rather noisily.
And much to my surprise – and perhaps Luna’s as well – Isabela laughed and patted my belly while suggesting, “I appreciate the offer, but I think we need to get this monster fed. Like I said: I want to better consider your needs, and the first way I can prove that is by putting aside my own selfish cravings.”
“You sure?” I asked with an arched eyebrow.
Isabela shrugged and smiled. “Delayed gratification can sometimes be the best gratification.”
My stomach gurgled again.
Isabela grinned. “But let’s not test that theory on your stomach.”

Liovng the character development. I share the stories with my wife. Usually not a fan of harem stories, but live the more realism that you put in to it. I've known poly people and the drama is always an issue.

Enjoying the character building (Isa realizing her treatment of Matt is wrong and wants to change) and relationship building parts of this story more and more. Maybe like Matt, I’m getting burned out over the too many sex scenes. Overall still enjoying the story and planning to stick around to see how this wraps up.
