This is where I might disagree... I don't see Eva really doing any damage. A little short-term issue, but nothing that coming clean won't fix. Matt is right... the girls WILL understand that Eva asked for discretion. But we still haven't addressed Eva's emotional issues. There is a hell of a story there that probably won't come out until the group as a whole confronts her on it. Matt is also in some unchartered territory here... sex without real emotional connection. The BTC was based on long-term friendships that allowed for sexual experimentation that eventually became much, much more. Lily is slowly working her way up to that... taking incremental sexual steps until the Friday date and the loss of her virginity. We have NONE of that with Eva... she went from blase to hot sweaty monkey-sex in record time. There is nothing more than a passive friendly connection (note the 'Are We Friends' conversation), and I don't know if Matt is ready wired to handle casual sex (if that's all this is). The issues I see coming that will affect the BTC as a whole lean toward the OG girls... Sam is spending less and less of her time with the BTC... and it's not just academics. And she gets only slightly more screen time than Holly. Am I the only one who found it weird that when Matt tried to go with her to see some of her pre-law friends that she told him to stay with the rest of the girls? This may be the beginnings of the potential breakup that was set up at the end of BTC 1.0 with the warnings from Beverly and Zofi (and the reassurance from Sam herself), and I know it will become a major plot point in later chapters Naimh is wanting more and more from Matt and feeling like she is never going to get it. She isn't his Head Girlfriend or his "Little Sister" or one the Slut Brigade. And she may be feeling left behind with the influx of Lily, Eva, and even Skylar. This will become an issue... And then there's Maude... err... I mean Belle. Her issues have been documented by many.

This is what I was concerned about. It’s looking more and more, Eva could do damage to the group. Wanting Matt for sex, but not really being a part of the group. Making him keep secrets and when I does come out, will not talk about it. It’s the total sharing that works, not just the sex.
