Plot: Penetrating Earth's atmosphere with insidious stealth, a new, microscopic strain of the Hunger Virus has arrived, and this time, its host is carefully chosen: the President of the United States, President Dakota Redwood. Unseen by human eyes and undetectable to the galactic senses of Earth's protector, Agent Donovan, these virtually imperceptible spores infiltrate the President's neural system, aiming to seize control of the world's most powerful office. As President Redwood begins to exhibit subtle yet increasingly concerning changes in her behavior and policy decisions, a small, dedicated team of advisors, haunted by the memory of past outbreaks, recognizes the chilling signs of a new parasitic invasion.
