Important for supporters - content acces

one of my supporters mentioned that he cant acces his supposed tier class posts. For example: As a Tier 3 supporter he only can acces tier 1 and 2 content.
Your feedback would be very helpfull here. Does any of you have the same issue?
If yes then i will have to come up with another solution here.
