Great vid, but I do want to point out that drug concentrations are concentrations, meaning volume of distribution is already accounted for. Fentanyl overdoses, like other opioids, heavily depend on tolerance. Clinically, we do not like to even give fentanyl for pain (exceptions for acute trauma and cancer pain) unless someone is already taking enough opioids to be considered at risk for overdose.
