I recommend you use bigger penis for your males. I use simdulgence's Frank Penis for detailed adjustment in blender so it is up to you. For getting more accurate in game, adjust the penis size's girth to 75 and length to 85.
I run out of animation so I probably make some more 😎. I will try my best as always and again, stay safe 💪.
