It usually takes me about 5 hours to paint a head. The best advice I can give you is that until the end of the process you will never see what the paint job will be like. What differentiates a good painter is knowing what they want their result to be and continuing until they get it. Many times just before getting a good result everything seems chaotic and wrong, so you always have to not give up and continue until the end. And if you make mistakes and everything goes wrong, you will have learned a lesson.

hi javi! i have one question, maybe general. how long it takes to you paint a realistic skin, i mean mostly videos and tutorials doesn't show how long it takes, because when im painting i have to wait until dry, that part is hard for me because you aren't seeing the final result until it completely dries, and if you uses transparator is like much more time, how do you manage the final tones or how much time i have to wait until layer to see the real color. thanks!

I explain it in the video on the other head, the color fluor yellow is tremendously saturated, so much so that it gives the artificial sensation, as you say for a strange color, that's why I only use it to prepare the surface, saturate mixtures and final details.
