I didnt knew about it either, until some months ago where other DEVs got their games on steam. "Fooxied Games" is one of them with his VN . -Steps of Debauchery-. Adult VNs games are just hidden :-) | On steam, click on category and in the search bar, just write : Adult, 5070 VNs will show up.

You just need to approve 18+ adult games showing up, thats it, theres plenty of adult 18+ VNs on Steam. Nothing is censored, you need to approve it for it to show up.
