I mean no shit merlin-looking mf is better. Dude's literally the leader of the COURT MAGES (implying all the mfs w/ him are also court mages by definition), whereas the 1k bozos are UNIVERSITY mfs, so theoretical/R&D mfs who basically need they ass wiped 24/7. Then IIRC there's the 3rd group w/ the robotic sounding bland looking dude who are from some 3rd place too

Really should have picked up Apocalypse Bringer Mynoghra instead of this. Story is unique and original for a isekai. It’s like OverlordxRezero. Not as good as Rezero, but I’d say on par with Overlord. Animation is average but the directing is great
