You get it by force when you have a low relationship with her and ask her for a final meal after you beat her (by keeping the Memory Crystal for yourself). You also get another toilet scene when you are enslaved to her and interact with her toilet.

She is tough with this patch, but there is a cheese tactic you can try. Buffs don't expire in the grapples, and some of them allow you to loop through endlessly and attack at some points. Shadowbound can make you invincible effectively.
