This took a while. I was changing internet providers for a good bit of the month so I had no way of uploading this. This, however, allowed me to already start working on 6.0 and Franziska's House of Fun, so at least you're going to get that in 1 month or less pretty reliably (I am planning on a release before Halloween).
Changelog:
-New combat CGs for all Dominas except Rosita
-New Domina grapple moves
-New Domina magic moves
-Fixed skills that were forcing you to attack when they were meant to prevent you from attacking
-Fixed perk bugs like Alteration, Focus etc.
-Minor fixes for numerous skills (Eviscarate now correctly drains magicka etc)
-Map fixes for the Cerulean Fields
-Added option to refill your Soul Shards at the Gladen Lake once more, for Android players
-Tweaked the combat balance for all Dominas, Dominas who were too hard became easier and too easy became harder
-2nd Class Shields can now be worn from Shield-Bearers and Wardens on the go
-Added new spells
-Added new potions
-Added new weapons
-Added new rare helmets
-Added new recipies
-Expanded Narcissa's Decayed Grounds
-Fixed Narcissa's combat bug that resulted in a game over if you defeated her while on 0 health with shadowbound
-Added new pop-up hints to help guide you through the storylines like in Mary's realm etc.
-Various small bug fixes, literally too many to list here
-Various typo fixes
-Added preview for Franziska's House of Fun
If you're having problems with defeating a Domina there's probably a potion or spell you could use that would make the fight considerably easier. I'm finally pretty proud of the current balance of the game and can decisively move forward with new content. Feedback is still more than promoted though, so please don't hesitate to PM me if you think something is too hard or too difficult. I hope you enjoy your time in the new Domina.

You should be able to play 5.9 with your 5.5 save. Just arcanists and rangers might have some skill tree issues.

Helm of Terror is heavy armor. Maybe your class doesn't allow you to wear heavy armor, are you a "light" class (mage/rogue/etc)? Also, what screaminwild said.

Not all the sub classes have been implemented at this point. after you take the final skill in a tree that would unlock the next tree another tree will not show up if the subclass has not been implemented but the point that were allocated in the first tree are still active
Is there a way to enjoy the new content without starting the game again? I already refaced all the dominas in the 5.5 version...

Anybody else having a bunch of bugs? Helm of terror doesn't show up in my inventory, and after unlocking the Executioner skill tree, it just vanishes leaving me with only Corruption.

Sounds good! The only thing to do now is wait for the next Domina and new content. :)
In Ranger's Arbalest Skill request 250 shards is not fixed…… It's too hard to learning this skill……
