Female MC will be able to be submissive to other girls, same as a male MC, unless the character in question is straight only and doesn't want to fuck around with an MC of the same sex (which is a small minority of the characters ingame). The MC that has successfully dommed an NPC can findom him/her for cash and has some preset scenes (like the one above) depending on the character. It really depends on the NPC.
