Do You Like Ruby's Design?
🕑 Added 2024-03-27 17:14:55 +0000 UTCAlright, after the last poll about the new art, we've been in a bit of a pickle with how to move forward. We understand that the game's art is very important for a porn game, so we simply can't ignore that most votes showed displeasure with the new direction. To be frank, it just reinforced our own view on the situation, as we also think the art could be better.
We have ordered a bunch of pieces for Ruby as we are working on her realm and we have been sitting on them not sure what to think. Personally, I think the body design is great, but the face and hair leaves a bit to be desired. Note that this is the best result thus far, after multiple revisions, yet we are still not super pleased with the result.
We are attaching 2 of the new pictures underneath. Please take a look and give us your opinion on the new art. Please be as honest as possible and don't be afraid to hurt feelings.

The thing is I'm 40, and even a lot of older millenials up to 45, don't have wrinkles. Lol

I like the design overall, though it could be improved. I would like it if she were a little thicker, but there's a bitchy look to her going which I enjoy. I'd agree with what others have said in that because this is the first we are seeing of her, there isn't the sense of "This isn't how she is supposed to look." going on.

Gotta admit that i love the new artstyle for the body. My judgement regarding her face might be biased, as i prefer younger dommes. However, i really liked the new art that already made it to the game, so i guess things are fine as they are, though Hora didn’t seem that old in her 40ies scenes.

I wouldn’t stress too much about the art. Games like this with active devs are hard to come by. If you put out more content then I think the art style will grow on people just like Tales of Androgyny and Tower of Trample did for me. It’s better than not putting anything out at all.

The wrinkles are too heavy for 40-45. Softer and shorter might look better fitting.

Disclaimer i am not an artist, but I can see you are shooting for an older women, First impression tells me shes 50-60 years old, if that helps you determine the details.

While ultimately my final verdict might differ after we see more of her, I’m currently a big fan of Ruby’s design. Maybe it’s mostly the fact that we won’t be comparing her with older pieces featuring her, since she’s the first to be totally done in the new style, but what we have so far looks promising.

i think she was supposed to be middle aged like a milf in her 40's or something, considering that, the design is pretty good. I would personally prefer it,if she was just a little bit younger looking, but thats just nitpicking on my end.
