Unfortunately, I wasn't able to shoot a good video this week ๐๐ฆ.
I really wanted to post some kind of video today, so I took a video of Draw-in exercise ๐. I was hungry, so I was able to record my stomach screaming several times ๐คฃ.
Women often lack blood, and the cause of this is that the stomach and intestines are not able to properly digest and absorb food ๐ค. In order to make the stomach and intestines healthy, it is also important to return the position of the internal organs to normal, so I decided to start Draw-in exercise ๐. It can train the inner muscles, so I will train now so that my flesh won't stick out when I wear my Santa costume next month ๐ช๐.
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend ๐ฅฐ๐ธ๐.
Thank you very much for your warm support and encouragement ๐คฒ๐๐.
