Cooking Aspirations
After I made the Freelance Chef career, I realized that I hated that the only real cooking related aspiration was tied to the Culinary profession so I'm releasing a new aspiration that's devoted to those sims who are Foodies and home cooks.
Custom Nuptials Update
Hope you're enjoying yourselves. Yes, I'm still working on the other Custom Nuptials I mentioned before and will have some progress out to Midnight/Violet and Sapphire tiers soon (though as I said because of the game pack some features are on wait and see). I hope the game pack comes out in February so I can get the full mod to you before March but the base features will be to you in February.
Healthcare Redux Update
I myself play a heavily modified version of the mod I'll be updating for public release sometime soon (end of this coming week/weekend) to allow you some customization with how you use the mod as well as revamping the appointment system so it's more reliable and tweaking how often your sims get sick and how the illness works so it's more like the new system I'm working on. It will give you much more choice in the features that make up the mod for you. I'm planning to consolidate it so there's only 2 versions instead of 4.
GTW Illness Overhaul
I'm also making a new mod that overhauls the GTW illnesses since I realized I can't prevent them in game since the doctor careers needs them, I might as well improve them. I'm collaborating with another creator who will be bringing in a lot of the custom content creation and new npc options. A lot of Simmers love the idea of HCR but don't necessarily need that level of realism and the options are a bit overwhelming. So I have completely revamped GTW illnesses in case you like HCR but it's a bit too much for you and you just want a little more challenge/realism. GTW illnesses will now last longer and they will now have a potential to be deadly (optional).
My mod collaborator will be designing BG casts, medications, reward trait you can give sims to prevent them from becoming ill, and a system to setup your own NPC doctor and pharmacist so if you don't want to go to the rabbithole you can see someone in person. You can also add-on injuries, a simple allergy system, and simple pregnancy and postpartum elements. I will have a test version (without the medications or npcs) in the next few days for Sapphire and Violet/Midnight tiers and then to everyone after that as we roll out of test into alpha into beta.

I think the reason most of us wouldn't include our names is that would be incredibly immersion breaking. Also the mood of that buff is concerned, which is a custom mood, like I said. No one else uses those. When you get sick in PP, you get an uncomfortable aura. There's no notification. My mod gives you both a buff, a notification, and in the case of deadly diseases, a custom mood buff when you get sick. In the case of colds and stomach flu, you actually get another notification. And like I said, I will also add a description of from deadly illness, from viral illness, and from bacterial illness in the update. So hopefully those five things I do now and the three things I'm adding to distinguish my mod helps! You could see if Mirai and SimRealist want to add anything on their end to distinguish when it's one of their mods.

When I see a buff about my Sim being sick, I usually can't tell - like, for example, one Sim of mine kept having a buff that he was overwhelmed with a disease, but I did not know if it was from your mod, or mirai's or private practice. I was not sure if any modder could include their name together with the buff, but I figured it was best to ask cz between you and me, you would know better. I think your health redux is great already, but because I have too many mods, having them could get overwhelming at times.

And actually come to think of it, you also know because you get the notification and the something off buff. What more are you thinking that I should do in my mods to indicate that? Is there something in the other health mods that do that even more than what I've mentioned from my mod?

No I don't think any modders have introduced something like that. But I'm working on updating HCR so in the new version your symptoms will tell you what they're from and that should help narrow it down as it will tell you from a deadly disease, a bacterial infection, or a viral infection. My mods are also the only health mods I know that use moods from the Mood Pack.

This would be awesome! It's one of the reasons I only use Private Practice but I miss the pregnancy issues from HCR. I might get that overhaul mod..

Is there any way to indicate which sickness buffs are yours? I ask because I have other health mods, and most times, I cannot tell which doctor my Sims should see.

Yes. Most other mods don't directly touch GTW, they just work around it due to the doctor career, and this won't really be all that different in that respect. But it will look for the other mods including HCR.
