EASTER Sketches

First I develop the sketches of the piece.
Defining a relaxed, naughty and offered gesture.
As you can see, I did some face appearance tests. The idea was to explore a different look that was not the normative beauty standard.
And, as the character would (kind of) evoke an air (even if subtle) of a Fertility God, I found it interesting to play with a beard.
After defining the idea and gesture, I ended up choosing to stylize even more the silhouette (since in ARIES I used a more "academic and "more behaved" style, here in Easter, I decided to appeal to a more fun and light style).
After sketching everything, then I made a trace of the main forms that would be in the artwork, only then, to start working with the brushes...
