POOL III - Sketches

The idea here is to see this Big Boy enjoying playing ball in the pool, while we can see his impressive body shimmering in the sunlight.
I always wanted to illustrate Colossus, ‘cause it seemed to me a very interesting character to play.
The idea of playing with the hero's chrome skin... Ah... Very cool.
Oh, and even though Piotr has a smooth, hairless body, I have to say that drawing all the bursts of dramatic reflection on his body is equally challenging.
But I admit it was a pleasure.
One thing I would like to explore in the color woking of this art piece, is playing with color reflections...

This is going to be great. Love the reflection Idea. Painting Piotr will be challenging but you will do fine your eye for details is amazing. I cant wait!
