I already had say in other times that, while I'm working on the artwork, I feel the "need to change" some details, but I think its never to much to saying that, specially for those who want some hints or knowing more of art development.
As you can see, there is another version of Piña here (actually, was my original idea), but the illustration would be to much horizontal, and because of the squared format I'm doing this series, I feel the need to change de angle of the viewer.
In the original of Music, the guitar player would be singing... But, it gave me the impression of he was not "exactly aware" of the merman on his side, so I decided to make both of them looking at each other, to improve the connection between them.
In Ravenous here, the swimmer was originally more slim, but in the final art, I made him chubby, 'cause I find it more sexy in this way and hey, body diversity always.
