I don't have plans to add this in the near future, because it would affect a lot of things.

Is it going to significantly affect gameplay? You need to be careful about scope creep. Probably finish the core features first and then add it into the game at a later date.

I think it would be great to have that in the game as it would give it a more realistic touch

You could make a scene with TenTen for example with the rain, for example that you find her running while it rains

Thinking having special scenes that happen when a certain weather happens? Like it’s raining and Ino lost her house keys and is wet and asks to stay with you?

Though of course, if weather can affect how various events play out, then that could lead to a story that makes weather manipulating jutsu's available. Possibly something with a connection to Hidden Mist.

what you can do is to put in the setting if we went to see the Weather effects or not

If event's change due to weather, I think i'd be interesting like you can only get certain scenes or outfits if it rains or something, like a hot spring scene in the snow.

I think it is interesting. It seems to give a "vivid" tone to the game environment. I imagine future events happening specifically in certain climates (wet girls :3)
