🕑 Added 2022-11-03 15:46:11 +0000 UTCOften when you enter through a door in this guided hypnosis, an emotional abreaction may occur. I do not provide interpretation or act as a forgiver, my job is to provide direction and support in self-healing.
This hypnosis technique was devised by Watkins in 1990 to help his patients with self-forgiveness. The exercice consist of inducing deep relaxation, guiding you through different doors, each representing a part of you / time in your life you wish to forgive yourself for. Powerful affirmations are used at the end to give you new perspectives and empowering skills to deal with the hardships you might be going through.
