Quitting an addiction

I am planning on doing a sort of guided "meditation" to quit addictions, and this is kind of my usual brief. Talking it through as a draft.

Hi, I stopped smoking weed for the weirdest reason. I live in france and when driving, there is zero tolerance on THC levels. You above 0, bye bye licence. And well, i'm a car guy, can't live without it. So the fear of losing my passion got me to stop (also a friend lost his for that very reason). I still however smoke tabaco, i have tried to stop maybe 10 times. Got passed a month once. But i can never seem to stick to it. This video has given me new light and i thank you for that.
