I went to bed at 10pm listening and the last number I remember hearing is 75. I woke up at 5:11am I had an uninterrupted deep sleep. Amazing !

I— I never want to come back when you guide us.. wherever you take me, I never want to leave.. the birds, your voice, the energy, the weightlessness and nothingness, it’s like an escape from this 3D realm, into the higher place. I always find myself having tears fall when I open my eyes. I’ll admit, I doze off a few times.. when you were counting down.. I’m actually having trouble type this out, I still feel.. light. Bravo, Masha, bravo. I can’t stress enough how much you improve every. Single. Time. Your voice alone takes me to another realm. That of which brings serenity.. I fucking talk too much. I think, I’m going to close my eyes again.. thank you.. so much. Holy shit..
