I don't think you need to lose 4kg, but if you want to reduce and still eat plenty, a lot of excercise will help. Like dancing a lot in Twitch streams ^^

I just did a little bit of research because i find this interesting, what are the standard in the korean culture lol. It's really different than where i live haha. https://youtu.be/B3x5tef8wv4 I also found, Seolhyun's body weight was 48kg for 167cm height in 2018, don't know actually. And it seems most korean woman aim for the sub 50kg no matter how tall they are. And most kpop male idols are still in the low 60kg damn... LOL i think, a lot of the foreigner Zellies out there can be considered as fat in your country Eunzel, that's a little scary.

Difficult to answer we don't know your actual weight haha, are you brave enough to tell us !? ㅋㅋㅋㅋ But from what i can tell, you are fine, you are around 165cm or close aren't you ? So you have to keep that in mind aswell, that's a Kpop idol height. And if i'm not mistaken they are all sub 50kg but more than 40kg. And i'm pretty sure they do love food aswell ! Aren't we all ? So i think the secret is... workout and exercice haha. Muscles weight less than body fat and allow them to perform on stage for so long. So if we are a food lover, we must learn to love exercice aswell haha, if our lazyness is stronger... then it's game over. Hey what's the actual weight for a korean male idol ? I don't even know... I am 180cm and weight currently 72kg, and i do exercice. It's ok for the french standard but what about the korean standard !? I'm curious. Aren't they like super low weight ?
