Please don't hesitate! Be sure that for voice mails, I send them even when there're no specific requests, but for others, I send only when there're requests :)
And I know I still haven't accomplished all the rewards for September. I haven't finished making custom videos,sending packets and I think I missed some voice mails too since sometimes there're some errors on the list of my patrons. I should have double checked but as I posted on Youtube community tab, yeah I was a bit out of energy so postponed to re check... SORRY! Don't worry because I remember your video requests and missing voice mails and I'll try to accomplish them in October :) Changing your tier doesn't affect your previous rewards that should've been done so again don't worry.

그리고 아시겠지만,,, 제가 9월 보상들 중 몇몇개를 아직 완료하지 못했어요. 맞춤 영상, 소포 보내기, 그리고 몇몇 분들께는 음성 메시지도 잘 가지 않았죠? 메시지는 사이트 에러때문에, 발송하는 날 후원자 목록에서 빠져 있는 경우 제가 누락하기도 하는데... 두번 세번 체크해야 하는게 맞는데, 유튜브에 공지한 것처럼 제가 최근에 좀 힘이 고갈되고 무기력해져서 미루게 되었네요. 이크..! 죄송해요! 누락되었던 9월 보상들도 10월달에 꼭 완료할 테니까, 제가 기억하고 있으니까 걱정하지 마셔요! 그리고 9월 보상은 말 그대로 9월 후원에 해당하는 것이기 때문에, 10월에 티어를 바꾸셔도 지장이 있지 않아요, 그것도 걱정하지 않으셔도 된답니다.
