이상한 사람들 때문에 스스로가 이상한건가?라는 생각 안하셨으면 좋겠네요. 사람이 모두가 잘 맞을수 없듯이 좋아하는 사람이 있으면 싫어하는 사람도 있을테고 거기에 모든걸 맞춰줄수 없다고 생각해요. 잘하셨어요. 항상 응원합니다. 화이팅!

First of all, you don’t have to accept anything from anyone, whether it’s good or bad that’s coming at you. You’re not public property or a public service, so you don’t need to bow down or cater to anyone you don’t want to. As you gain attention, it is just natural that you gain attention from bad actors as well. It is up to you how you choose to react to them. Before reacting or taking it to heart, please keep in mind that some of the comments may be genuine criticisms or questions poorly conveyed or with a lack of better knowledge. I can’t point to an event where I have seen you being arrogant or rude. And if someone took you as rude or arrogant, it doesn’t necessarily mean that it was your intention. You know it the best if you were meaning to be rude. When the communication is not face-to-face, misinterpretations both ways are more likely to happen. You are not responsible for how people take your words, they are. It is your platform, you get to set the rules of what is allowed there and what is not. I would not go to an extent of blocking users or deleting comments I don’t like. But there are certain exceptions. I would only do that to users or comments that show clear malicious intention, libel or inappropriate language. If its libel then there might be a legal case to be made against the person, if you see it worth the time and resources it takes to take action. Other negative comments I would just simply brush off and choose to ignore. After all, they come from a person you don’t know and who don’t know you. Those people’s opinions should have no weight on you. Why? Because those people didn’t even exist to you until you read their comment. I would not reply to them either. Only if there is really a need to, in case of pure criticism, I would reply to them either pointing out why they are wrong or that perhaps I can do this and that better. Otherwise replying to any hateful or troll comments is immature at best and unprofessional at worst. Never comment if you are enraged or in emotions. Never cave in if there are people trying to bring you down. I agree with many points of the previous commenters. Whatever you do, I hope you keep your chin up and your back straight. Don’t let things get under your skin. You’re a good person and we are here to support you. :)

I think unfortunately such comments are part of the course. Although the internet is one of the greatest inventions devised and has given everyone a voice, this does release toxic comments out to the wild too. Who knows what goes through those folks when commenting such awful toxic comments. Because of this, I agree with Sen Tenshi, it's best talking with other ASMRists and see how they cope with the vitrol. It's best not to take too much consideration as most people love your content :). I personally absolutely love your videos and it has helped me so much when going to bed or just trying to relax. Combine that with your warm and inviting presence on your livestream, I truly wanted to support what you do as I know it must take quite alot of effort to do so. So please don't take those horrid comments to heart. Keep doing what you're doing and we as patrons will keep supporting you :).

Don't let them get to you. Even if you were perfect people would still find something to criticize. From what I've seen you seem like a sweet and genuine person.

I'm sad to hear that. You deserve better. :( I don't read comments usually, only on live stream but i'm mostly focusing on the intresting and positive one. I'm not watching through youtube but from AfreecaTV and people seems to be nice there, well, we are not many. xD It seems to become harder and harder, have you met or talked to other ASMRtist ? They might have tips to deal with those people. I believe some of them must be friendly ! ^^ Anyway you are not arrogant at all, you never get upset or anything even while reading bad comments. From what i've seen you are just ignoring what you don't want to answer or what you are tired of reading ㅋㅋㅋㅋ. I find this very classy. It seems youtube is all love or all hate, most of the time there is no middle ground. 은비씨 기다려. :D Your own song !
