🕑 Added 2020-08-19 14:03:17 +0000 UTC오랜만에 만난 친구가 이직을 했다고 했다. 친구는 표정뿐 아니라 복장까지도 변해있었다. 어떤 분위기의 직장을 다니느냐에 따라 일상의 아주 많은 부분이 변할 수 있다는 걸 친구를 통해 다시 한번 깨달았다. 하긴, 직장에서 혹은 업무 관련해서 보내는 시간이 거의 하루의 대부분이니까 그럴 만도 하지. 나역시 그러니까.
보수적 분위기의 직장에서 무려 5-6년을 일하면서 이직을 준비했던 친구는 드디어 이직을 성공하게 되었고 새 직장에 출근한지 이제 2주째라고 했다. 제일 좋은 점은, 너무나 오랜만에 마음이 설렌다고. 휴일에도 자진해서 회사를 나갈 정도라고 하니 말 다했다. 새로운 공부를 하는 것도 기쁘고 새로운 사람들을 만나는 것도 너무 기쁘고 그냥 요즘은 너무 설레고 기쁘다고 했다. 부럽다고 생각했다. 그런 설렘 느껴본지 언제인지.
영상 하나 하나 올릴 때마다 도전인 직업이지만 이 시간도 길어지면 매너리즘이 오기 마련이다. 특히나, 노력한 것에 비해 성과가 잘 따라주지 않는 것 같은 시간이 길어지면 길어질수록 더욱 그렇다. 프리랜서로 일하면서도 이렇게, 다른 의미로 일상이 무료해질 수 있다는 게 참 신기한 일이다.
그래서 요즘은 계속 이사 후에 새로 시작할 일들을 메모하고 있다. 누군가 그랬다. 내 안의 잔이 찰랑찰랑 채워져야 컨텐츠를 만들 수 있다고. 그 잔이 점점 비어져가고 있는게 아닌가 하는 생각이 든다. 그걸 채우기 위한 공부의 시간이 필요해. 배움으로 설레고 싶다.

+1 for elliptical machines at the gym! GREAT for cardio lost per time spent, and core strengthening could be the best bonus!! Buying a whole gym machine for the home sounds pricey especially moving, unless the fitness machines are more affordable these days??

Hablas Espanol tambien ahora?! Speaking of Spanish, I tried uploading Latin language subtitles to your inuYasha RP so hopefully it's ok? Spanish vowels seem more consistent with fewer irregular exceptions than English, though accent is important, but if you learned Chinese with tones, then Spanish must be easier than both English and Chinese to learn (possibly harder than Japanese without the thousands of text characters?); ...just don't gender words incorrectly and then Spanish should be easy enough, esperemos?? (:
It's good that you're taking notes on things you want to do or learn. Hearing you speak more Spanish in a future ASMR video would really be something 😍
