참고로 난 팥을 아주 좋아한다. 팥죽도 좋고 팥칼국수도 좋고 당연히 팥빙수도 좋고 단팥빵도 너~무 좋아.

이틀전 미치도록 우울했던 큰 이유가 호르몬때문이라는 걸 오늘 알게 됐다. 와, 정말 인체의 신비! 식욕도 당기겠다, 오늘은 영상 편집 중간중간 반죽을 하고 구워서 단팥빵을 만들어 먹었다. (만들어둔 팥소가 있어서) 햐... 너무 너무 맛있었다 ㅎㅎ 예전에는 베이킹을 하든 요리를 하든 소금을 적게 넣으려고 했었는데, 오히려 염분 섭취를 덜 하면 자꾸 음식에 대한 갈망이 생긴다는 걸 최근에서야 알게되고 어느 정도는 넣고 있다. 그랬더니 훨~씬 훨씬 맛있다. 요리도 베이킹도.
그렇다고 해서 음식에 대한 갈망이 크~~ 게 줄진 않았지만 ㅎㅎ
요리는 시간과 체력이 많이 들어가서 매일 매일 정성들여 할 수는 없지만 가끔 이렇게 만들어서 먹으면 먹는 순간에 쾌감이 참 크다. 오늘 만튼 팥빵은 모양이 너무 안예뻐서 사진을 찍지 못했다. 다음에는 이쁘게 만들어서 젤리들이랑 공유해야지 :)

I love red beans! The first time I saw red bean ice cream, I thought it was a weird combination, beans with ice cream. I thought why would anyone do that? We don't have red beans over here, beans are not even a dessert thing for us, so it was a weird thing to me. So I had to try it and have to say I really liked it. I've also been craving for 팥빙수 every summer and especially 붕어빵! I wish we could have those here too. But they will always remain a thing I look forward to have again the next time I go to Korea.
