You are so very right about the attitude towards the comments. But she has to read and manage the comments. Problem is: not only something you do in a video, also something that is in a comment can lead to a video being demonetized. The only way around it would be disabling comments altogether.

Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me. If reading comments still makes you feel bad, please rethink about your approach in reading the comments again. Do you expect everyone behaving nicely in a free world? Do you expect everyone liking same things as you or the other person? It's statistically impossible to ever get a 100% liking and good feedback from as wide audience as you have on YouTube. People like and dislike many different things and some people express it more vocally than others. Freedom to leave anonymous comments just makes it so easy to type anything you want in the comments section. If a person leaving a negative comment has nothing meaningful to say and doesn't really contribute to anything, for me it tells more about that person than it tells about the quality of you and your work. I guess they just don't have anything better to do with their lives than to dislike and write bad comments. I think that’s amusing. If you enjoy and like what you do already, what difference does it make what a random person thinks about it? Screw the haters, you don't even make content for them anyway. There are way more people that love you, if you haven't noticed it yet.

I think korean people do enjoy reading about drama and scandal lol. Maybe that's why they tend to do so many negative comments. It's rarely coming from the foreigners. Weird. I'm practicing my korean reading on Naver or random stuff, the last thing i've read about is a scandal about the former Crayon Pop member Ellin, she is somehow involved in a dating scam on AfreecaTV lol. Apparently some dude gave her like 300 000$ or so, haha what's wrong with people.

I got stopped at the border aswell... They underestimate us. I hope we could meet with everyone next year, i will travel to Korea in december 2020 it would be so awesome if you guys could have holidays too. Korea must look good in winter i'm sure of it. And Eunzel always look good regardless of the season... so does JoJo.

Just remember that people who post hate comments are probably sad people who aren't happy with their lives. No need to think about them too much. Also I tried swimming to Korea for your last event but the coast guard stopped me and said I can't just swim between countries and that "it's dangerous" and that I "wouldn't make it" pffft they don't know me 😠 anyways...... The dreaded hate comments. I'm with neko 100% on this one, don't keep the frustration inside, give it room to vent. I've seen several YouTubers doing a "Reading hate comments" video to put those people on the spot, maybe that's an option for you, too? On a more positive note, I keep my fingers crossed that you'll get enough Korean Zellies for the SMC to become real. Do you know how hard it is to type with crossed fingers? ^^
