피부과 진료 4일차
🕑 Added 2019-11-20 11:18:33 +0000 UTC오늘은 언제나처럼 병원에서 소독, 연고, 재생테이프 치료를 받았다. 이 병원이 목요일이 휴진일인 것도 있고, 이제 집에서 직접 연고와 재생테이프 처치를 해도 될 것 같다는 의사선생님의 권유에 따라 내일부터는 집에서 수시로 연고를 바르며 경과를 볼 생각이다.
나름대로는 상처가 나고 얼마 지나기 전에 항생제 연고를 발랐던 것 같은데 그조차도 조금 늦었었나 보다. 생각해보면 당황해하다가 동생에게 전화를 해서 물어보는 과정이 있었으니 그 동안 몇분이 지났었던 것 같다. 상처가 시작되는 부분이 처음부터 딱지가 생기기 시작하는 채로 병원에 갔었던 것 같다고, 딱지가 앉으면 상처 재생이 잘 안되기 때문에 아마도 이 부분은 조금 흉터가 남을 수도 있을 것 같다고 하셨다. 더 빨리 연고를 발라서 딱지가 앉지 않게 촉촉하게 유지했으면 좋았을텐데 하며 아쉬워 하셨다.
어렸을 때 수시로 넘어지고 딱지 생기고 그걸 또 떼내고(ㅋㅋ) 그랬던 기억이 있는데, 흉터가 남지 않으려면 딱지가 생기지 않게 해야 한다는 것도 이번에 처음 알았다. 난 정말 무지했구나… 미리 알았다면 10대 학창시절 여드름 흉터도 훨씬 줄일 수 있었을텐데 아쉽다. 아는 것이 힘이라는 말은 이런 때도 통한다.

What Aatu said, the healing progress after only 3 days in yesterday's photos was very impressive. Just be patient, the healing process does not continue at this speed, but that's perfectly normal. It will take some time (probably a few weeks) and it might start itching a bit, but don't let that make you nervous. You're on the best way to heal it perfectly. I already told you to avoid frost, but I'd like to add that you should also avoid too exhausting activities or too thick clothing that would make you sweat in the face. Sweat may sound like it's moisturizing, but it contains salt and that's not good for the wound at all. So take things slowly :)
I hope for the best recovery. I expected a worse wound before I saw the pictures, to be honest. It looked like it had healed quite well. You are already doing the best you can right now with applying the ointment. So let's give it time :)
