🕑 Added 2020-02-19 14:03:30 +0000 UTC요즘 바다너머에선 reddit 이 유행하나 보다. 내 독점 동영상을 누군가가 이 사이트에 몰래 공유하고 있다는 얘기를 듣고 열받아서 확인을 해보면서 가입까지 하게 되었는데, 이후에 알고 보니 꽤 많은 트래픽이 레딧을 통해 유입되고 있다는 걸 알게 되었다. 흠... 가입은 했는데 어떻게 사용하는건지 전혀 모르겠다. 이건 마치, 맨 처음 페이스북을 접했을 때와 같은 낯선 느낌이야. 다양한 SNS를 하는 게 좋다는 걸 알고 있지만 여전히 트위터와 레딧은 나에게 큰 과제다. 한국 사람들 중 레딧을 사용하는 사람들은 얼마나 있나? 검색해 봐도 많은 정보는 나오지 않고 여전히 내 주변 사람들은 페이스북이나 인스타그램을 하는 것 같다.
SNS 잘 하고 싶은데... ! 정말 어려워!

Twitter is similar to the Community section of YouTube, where you can post messages. If people follow you on there (they need to know your Twitter user name to do so, so you'd need to advertize it on your channel info and/or video descriptions on YouTube), they will be notified whenever you post. 2 specialities of Twitter: 1. Messages are limited to 280 characters in length. 2. Messages can be "retweeted", which means nothing else than quoting somebody else's message in your own message stream, giving their post more attention. Of course, other people can retweet your messages as well, giving your post more attention. Other than thats, post can be commented and liked as usual.

Reddit is organized by so-called subreddits, where each is specialized on a certain topic. They all follow the URL format of: www.reddit.com/r/name_of_subreddit For example, www.reddit.com/r/ASMR Inside each subreddit you can post content that matches the topic of that subreddit and then people can comment and upvote your post (similar to the way videos can be commented and liked on YouTube).
