I hope Netflix bring it to Europe very soon. 🤜💥 I'm sorry to hear that you have thyroiditis. I think it's best that you let the doctor check on your neck once the Corona virus situation dies down. I know you hate going to the hospital, I hate it too, but it's the only place to go to if you're not feeling well. Hang in there. ❤

When you were at the hospital about the thyroid before, did the doctors take a blood sample to check for a lack or abundance of iodine? Using or avoiding iodised salt could help, depending on which is the case. If they didn't recommend either one, you could try using the opposite of what you are using right now, i.e. switch from non-iodised to iodised salt or vice versa. Another thing to consider is that the thyroid and the tonsils are relatively close to each other, so it could actually be the tonsils that are swollen. This can happen when your body is fighting some infection. In this case, the swelling should go away by itself within a week or so. Either way, since you had it checked at the hospital before, there should be no immediate danger. So you can wait for the whole Corona situation to calm down before going for another check.
